Yes they have, someone (Hondaluver?) put the leather seats in his coupe. I'm not sure if it's direct bolton or not. I know with the Si seats, it's almost a perfect swap. With rsx seats, the sliders might be different. So you could always change those with custom sliders to fit your car, right?

Hondawerx (Speedwerx...same thing) did it a while back. They won't slide right in, but they will fit with a little modification.
RSX fronts won't fit directly onto a civic coupe. I know from experience that it won't...

^^^ are you sure it doesnt fit? Maybe its becuase of you having a sedan?
i thought the front is a direct bolt on. its only the rear that needs to be opened up and the metal needs to be shaved away.

It will fit, but only 3 out of the 4 bolts will go in. If you're lucky, then all four will fit, but it will be a really tight fit.
My experience: Put RSX leathers into a members civic coupe. 3 holes lined up for bolting, fourth one didn't.

lol....man why didn't i see this post first
i recommend a good 1/2 an hour test drive in an acura first. I wanted to swap seats, but with no armrest, and the huge width of the seat, not to mention the sore back I had after, I won't do it. My coupe seats are much more comfortable, and they actually hold me in better. Seriously, spend some time in the seat first. I think they kind of suck. Look good, but suck.

Yeah people say they are the same as Si seats, which I think are too stiff. My stock seats are soft, but they really hurt my back sometimes after only 20 mins of driving.

i hated my stock seata and got rid of them 4 years ago.
I got 2003 rsx leather seats really cheap. they are in perfect condition. iI hate cloth seats. I think that they make you look cheap. the front seat fit fine. I just need some ideas on what other people might have done to make the back ones fit. "ideas"

Whoa.... a little bit of mis-information here...
RSX seats fit fine, I have ALL 4 bolts in front in, just took a little modification to the stock RSX brackets, not hard at all. You just have to lengthen one of the rear holes to accomadate the 4th bolt. NO BIG DEAL, 5 extra minutes to the install.
As far as the RSX seats not being comfy....I would disagree, my RSX leathers are much more comfy than my coupe seats, short or long drives...

Oh- and as far as back seats...
RSX rears look like crap... even if you make them fit, they do not look good... top of bottom IMHO.
I had my stock civic rears re-wrapped in matching RSX leather, black with perforated leather middles.
Keep in mind the door panels as well- as they are cloth. I had perforated leather custom cut to rewrap that also.

costs me 450 to redo rears/bolsters/door inserts(reminder sedans have ear bolsters)
i love my seats im 6'2" 160lbs and their oooosssooooo comfortable.. only problem is my EX was 5'0" and her head would hit plastic part so she could never lean her head back.. but i like em just fine. 4 hour drives never felt so good
