I won't be able to explain this all in 1 post because I'm gonna forget something but here's the basic deal. Take the console apart and get it out of the car. (2 poppers in the front, 2 screws in the back, pull up on the e-brake panel then 2 more screws in the center under the panel. Flip the console over and unscrew the shifter trim plate. Then unscrew the trim ring and pull the staples out. Put the stock boot inside the Momo one then trace the tangs onto the leather boot, leave a little extra on the ends. Take a SHARP Xacto knife and cut the tang pattern into the Momo boot. If you care about where the momo logo sits when you're done, then pay attention to where it is when you mark and cut. Once you have the tangs cut in, use a taped over flat head screwdriver and push them back into the shifter trim, and put the trim ring back over. The leather is thick enough that it will stay in place without staples, so just screw the console back together and be done. If you got the MOMO boot that screws to the momo ****... put the boot over the lever without screwing it down, then put the **** on, then screw the 2 together, then you gotta do the 6 screws from down below. Its a PITA, but its the only way.
