try passing a hair dryer along the seems or from inside for a really long time to see if you're able to get the humidity out...

other than that....i dont know what else to do

take em out do the hair dryer thing...make sure its compleatly dry..and re silicone the head light for a possible leak.......if not open it up dry it reseal it

okay, option 1 is great for me, since i live in southern louisiana(where it's october, and we're still getting record highs in the 90's...). simply take the car in the sun, and let it sit out for a day or two... If you don't share the pleasure of living is my small part of hades, remove the lower pin that holds the bumper to the well and take out one or two of your bulbs(signal/parking light) and get the hair dryer in there....this should work fine....or even take out the headlight bulb, but this is kinda tricky for the driver side....but PLEASE don't drill more holes in your light....this just causes more condensation to build up in the light and is a plain ghetto wanna-be fix...
