eyebrows . . .

i have a question . . . i have a pair eyebrows and a grill that i want to put on my car (grill already on). it's that black color and it obviously needs to be painted to match my car. the color is the 2001 original silver color. i don't want to bring it to a shop to get painted b/c i know they will charge a lot for such a small job. is there any way i can do this myself without it looking cheap? please provide steps . . .

It's not expensive. I had the body shop at my local chevy place to paint the grill for $25 and the eyelids for $25 and that's with a clear coat! And if you get the grill painted PLZ PLZ only get the lip painted. I've seen so many people paint the WHOLE grill and it looks GAY

-you can get factory paint at the dealer.. and then go to napa and they will put it in a spray can for you..
or atleast my guess is thats what hes sayin.. ive yet to look into this..

however you can put paint in an empty can yerself.. i did it back in highschool for some science project.. you need coffee straws, canned air, tape, empty spray cans, paint, some time and a lot of trial and error.. just think about how you would do it and thats ecactly how you do it.. my guess is its cheaper to have them do it though... you can also pick up airbrus kits at art stores if you wanna get all sorts of fancy.. i got one a few years ago for like $30.. it sat in a box in my closet for 2 years then i finally threw it away when i moved..

I like! The projectors are hotness too. I have some TYC's on the way. You should really paint the grill lip though.
