question about replacing the stock horn

i read the DIY but still have a question. when replacing the horn (i'm gonna be using the same as the DIY, a FIAMM Freeway Blaster) do you need to connect both a high note and low note horn or can you just hook up a high note horn? in the DIY once they installed the high note, they said to test it out and put your bumper back on, then in the next step their installing a low note horn. so can you just do the high note or do you have to do both?

If you don't do both, then the horn won't sound right. The idea is more frequencies make a more noticeable horn sound.

I tried one at a time on the Integra and it sounded wimpy. But with both is sounded correct.
