Good Weight for 16" Rims?

What is a good weight for 16" rims? 19lbs ok? Not for track use, just for everyday use.

What do the stock 15" alloys or steel wheels weigh?

my SI wheel and tire, weighs 1 pound more than 17in Tantrums with 215/40/17 on it, i think the tantrums are 19-21lbs or something. A good 16" should weigh anywhere from 11lbs (Spoon or Mugen) up to 19-21lbs, depends on casting, chrome or not, and stuff.
