i've only really gotten on it once, and i thought i could feel some decent gains. it was probably after like 4,000 rpm. i will have to go out and play some more tomorrow on my day off... muahaha.
it does have a chrome look. it's stainless steel but it looks just as chrome as my chrome exhaust did on my old mustang.
