DC5 catback on EM2?
I want to get a exhuast that perform a little better than stock but don't want the sound.
Have been thinking to get a stock RSX-S exhuast and have a muffle shop to weld it into my car. I figure that both car have same chassis, it should fit altho I think the the tip need to be modified.
I saw some used catback from RSX-S go for $100, may be another $100 to have them install..........and it's still $300 cheaper than any aftermarket catback system out there.
Not looking to gain huge power here, just wanna add little power and better respone out of the enigne, and still looks stock.
Is this a good idea??

You won't gain anything with stock type s exhaust.
Rear section from dc5 doesn't fit propertly on em2.
It will stick out alot.
If i were you, Don't bother trying to make stock type s catback on your car.
Save some money, get RSR catback.

actually I want to get the RSR catback, just cost way too much!!!cheapest I saw is $500
that's why I wanna try the RSX-S catback.......
I heard people say catback won't gain much power on D17, then why spend $500??
I may get a used catback from a RSX and will start from there, they are dirt cheap anyway....
I thought DC5 is short than EM2.......just make the tip longer and it may fit EM2......well, just what I think.......
