randon technology or catco cat?

I just brought a used turbo kits and it have lx/dx downpipe but i have ex they don't fit into my oem B pipe with cat. I live in Cali, they have smog check every 2 years. So.. i don't want to mess with my oem B pipe/cat if something happen. Ok i find there are 2 company make 50 state legal is randon technoloy and catco. The thing is i have to remake the whole B pipe and weld on the cat. Anyone know anything about both of company i know randon technology is good company but there cat cost $215, i dont know it is universal or come with b pipe if it come with it is useless for me i have redo it. Catco is 50 state legal too but i don't know much about there company but for universal cat is cost $99 great deal compare to randon technology. Any suggest which should i get? If i planning to get catco what a good size lenghts and diameter should i get? Because i asked that is they have whole buch of different size/diameter. This is for Turbo/smog application. What do guys/gals suggest?
