i have the magnaflow exhaust on my civic. yeah, it is a "deeper" tone, and there is no fart sound at all. it sounds good and clean, and isn't really that loud. ive said this a million times before, its really easy to install, but you have to have someone to weld it because it leaks alot. so if you get it, put it on yourself, and then have someone that knows what they are doing weld where the piping connects. you might even have to have the piping bent because it might bang around on the sway arm like mine did.

other than that, if you are looking for a nice sounding and kinda quiet exhaust get the magnaflow. you can find it for pretty cheap on ptuning.com through this website. i like it because it doesn't let the whole neighborhood know you are home...

hope this helped you out

I believe the Thermal is one of the quietest cat-backs out there.. Definitely a low tone.

As for the clip, it was removed because the link was busted.

I had a Magnaflow cat-back on my '03 LX for a couple of days. Deep but good sound, definetely louder than stock, but not extreme. I installed it DIY. Mine didn't leak (maybe I just didn't have it on long enough), but it hit the frame of the car where the piping passed over the rear suspension. I uninstalled it so nothing would get broken and I'm currently waiting on a response from Magnaflow to see if they have a solution.

BTW, if you DIY, Magnaflow recommends 35ft-lb torque on the clamps.

Thermal is a very deep, low tone exhaust. Apexi world sport and RsR exhaust are some of the quietest out there.
