wings west rear bumper. Have to cut it for muffler?

wings west rear bumper. Have to cut it for muffler?
I got the g4 wings west kit and i have one of those new muffler from ractive and in order for the tip part of it to fit in the ground effect muffler "curve" part i have to cut some of it out. Anyone ever done this and how do you do it??
Thanks. I am going to get this thing installed in a few hours and they want me to cut the rear bumper cuase they don't want to be liable!!

Get a saw and have at it.
Mine was actually cut on the left side to allow for a dual exhaust on the previous owner's car. Just get one of those saws with the blade that can be strung between two points.
