AEM Dyno Results soon?
My dad just recently got back into the tuning bizand launched his own
performance casting shop.
The Site
But anyways he is casting a new intake manifold for a viper tuning shop in
San Diego. He said when i get there i can use the dyno because we are installing
and tunung a NX 75 shot kit for my b-day!
so i will run a dyno w/ stock air box and custom 2.25 magna flow exhaust
then with the AEM V2
for those who dont know i have black '03 LX 5spd
Also need advice for parts? I will have 2500 to spend.
Im thinking 2500
-400 NX kit
-550 Velox VX-6R (16.5lbs) 17x7
Not sur what 215/40/17 tires (suggestions please)
-100 Revo SS w/ upgrades
any lowering option suggestions
any frame stiffening suggestions
Thanx

hmm. if u prefer nitrous over a turbo, then what u got listed there sounds fine.
if u lower go with a full coil that comes with shocks/struts. check in the suspension forum or wait for some more suggestion from people.
also check with the wheels and rims forum for tires suggestion.
I'd be interested to see if the AEM V2 does give great gains for dx/lx application.. every dx/lx owners seems to claim so.. and so did AEM....

I thought it was random at first too.
This is great, I would like to see a V2 test also, a well done, independant, back to back against the stock system. I don't trust butt-dynos, even my own.

That's pathetic. I never thought there were newer cars below 100whp. Someone dynoed the ex around 105whp, so I guess vtec really does help.
