I got it for $125 shipped from a guy on ebay, and then I bought the 775 pound springs directly from phantom grip for $30.

so this isnt a full LSD, this just converts your stock differential to a LSD, correct? how hard is the install on something like this and is any custom fabrication required?

Go to a local machine shop and have them pop you out about 5 copies.. I doubt they'll charge alot, then sell them here for like $50 a peice - the springs, or buy the updated springs from phantom and sell them for $85 a pop

^Ive taken machining classes I could make one if I wanted.

abmerop18: nothing custom you pull the diff, remove the diff pin, insert this between the spider gears, reinstall the diff pin and remove the locking clips. Thats it.

It puts pressure on both spider gears in the stock differential, thereby creating friction helping to keep both wheels turning at the same velocity....

The issue a lot of folks have with these things is that the spider gears can be damaged due to this excessive lateral force......
