Neuspeed=One Solid piece.
Generic=Three pieces.

neuspeed is all one piece with no pivots or joints. this adds considerably to the stiffness of your car as compared to a cheap one or any other with movable ends. Since the goal of a front strut tower bar is to make the front suspension work better by keeping the chasies straighter, this extra stiffness really pays off in reduced understeer and greater steering precision. I have one, its awesome. you wont even believe how much better it will make your car till you try it yourself. after having their front one one my car, I'm waiting for them to come out with a one-piece rear one rather then get a genaric or another brand with pivots.
The eBay front bar does make a difference in handling; I pretty sure because I have one. I have never owned a Neuspeed or other name brand one but I'm sure the fact that it's a one piece design will make it better.
I would conclude that on normal daily driving conditions you'll never put the strut bars to 100% use so either way its better than no strut bar. That is unless you tend to not brake during turns =P

NAmotorsports had it for sale.... might still be there... I think it was $89 before s&H. Also, Neuspeed wont be making a rear one, I contacted them 2 weeks ago about that.
