Ok... So, Im in love with the sound that the 350z, G35 and the FX series from infinity make... Is there any exhaust in the market that will sound simular? Or what kind of set up, as in exhaust and intake, maybe?
Any ideas?
I know a lot of you guys want that sound too

RS-R
ExMag
ExMag features - quietest exhaust note on the market (most applications) - refined stealth like appearance - ceramic coated mandrel bent piping - dyno proven gains in horsepower and torque - engineered in Japan - signature RS-R exhaust tip
With the street performance enthusiast in mind, RS-R developed the ExMag exhaust line to provide powerful gains in horsepower and torque while retaining a quieter exhaust note. It is a well known fact that it is extremely difficult to produce an exhaust system that makes good power without the excessive noise. However, through extensive R&D at RS-R Headquarters in Japan, all ExMag systems have been dyno proven to provide significant power increases over similar exhaust systems. Our "Exhaust Magic" lineup offers an excellent alternative to the noisy "coffee can" style of exhausts.
If you're tired of getting tickets and citations for excessive noise, this is the exhaust system you need. The classic styling and stealth like design will also help keep your car off the radar.
The signature RS-R exhaust tip expels exhaust from the muffler to produce a subtle look and quiet sound. This sleek style and quieter exhaust note, makes the Ex-Mag the ultimate street application.

u put g45 in ur title...i belive its g35 as u put in the thread and also a Q45 which my dad has...the Q45 doesnt have that great and exhaust sound but its quiet for a v8
Suprisingly, my flowmaster sounds a lot like the Z, but I think it's also the Injen CAI that helps with the sound. It's just a little lower pitched than the Z though, but with the same kind of unique sound.

You can acheive that sound with pur cars...it's just the way the exhaust is tuned....I'm going to buy the Apexi World Sport II this Friday...I have heard it one a couple of cars around here and it sound awesome!!! It sounds even better than the first World Sport
G35, 350Z, FX engine's V8 sounds completely different and can't be replicated, no matter what exhaust you use. The timing of detonations sounds different, a more rough and slightly whiny growl.
My roomate has an FX, and there's no way a civic will ever sound like that.
