Chrome E Brake?

I saw a picture of a E brake with a chrome tip and button anyone know what year civic this is in and with it go in a 2002 sedan?

2k1sohc is an unknown quantity at this point

I know the 2001 Acura 1.7 EL had an E-brake with a chrome tip and button. Not sure about the newer models.
