Randon Tech and megan hi flow cat
whats the difference in the two products? one dealer has the random priced high and the megan priced low, but i was wondering what the difference is between them?

The Random Tech is a real hi flow catalytic converter/downpipe... 50 state legal. Doesn't throw a CEL. I had one... loved it.
The Megan... is a resonator. Basically a test pipe. It would most likely throw a CEL without using a O2 simulator.
