urethane trunk?
how can u use urethane as a trunk? doesn't it have to be heavier or sturdier so u can slam itshut and stuff? people can just take something sharp and shove it straight through ur trunk and steal ur stuff.

I'd say keep saving until you can afford a Carbon Fiber decklid. The problem with urethane is that it's extremely soft and gets even softer when the sun's beating down on it in the summer. You may have issues with long-term warping due to heat.
Plus, I think unpainted urethane as in the pic you posted looks pretty ghetto.

Well now that you understand why it's a bad idea to use Urethane, just don't forget that CF is way lighter.......LOL. J/K mang......I'm just busting ur ballz. hahahahaha
