After how many kms/miles do you replace/clean filter?

After how many kms/miles do you replace/clean filter?
I have a aem Cai. How soon or after approx how many miles or kms till I replace it or clean it? Thanks

I replace my OEM filter every 10-12 thousand miles.

Just clean it at the same recommendations as honda recommends for the OEM filter

just use the k&N filter recharger kit, I am pretty sure it works on all air filters. Ptuning.com says to use it to clean aftermarket intake filters. They sell it at pepboys for $10. autozone also sells it, most auto places do.
