Background: I ordered the Tsunami kit from Circa-x about 3 weeks ago. I paid $600 shipped. Well he has not shipped it out or even faxed my order to Tsunami (i have been talking to them personally about my situation) and Circa-x will also not take my cars, emails, private messages, return voicemails, ETC. I have talked to him a couple of times throughout the weeks and have been lied to continuously. I got my VISA bill and the he has already charged my card so im contesting it and planning on re-ordering my parts elsewhere.

Do yall think Tsunami will sell me the kit directly for the same price I would have paid since they know what has been going on? I cannot wait on Circa-x any longer and refuse to do business with his lies and bullshit.

Anyone here dealt with Tsunami direclty? Cause they seem like they really care, he has kept me updated on whats going on and always really nice.
