thats the honda areo kit. go to hondawerx.com and you can buy it there for like 800 bucks and it comes painted to whatever honda oem color you have. the front and sides are from the honda aero kit.
edit im sorry. only the sides are the honda aero kit. the front lip is the type b lip.
