Ok, I just noticed someone saying that if you get a turbo installed, then you dont need to change out the headers. Is this true? If so, then I will just save for a turbo instead of doing the headers right now. Also, what companies have turbos for our cars and how hard is it to install? Can I take it to a shop to have it done? If so, how much does it cost? I would search, but I have too many questions and its easier to keep them confined to just one thread like this.

kits come with a turbo manifold, so u won't need headers.
there are 4 companies ......SF, max rev, TD and HP
SF owns all !!!!!!!
shops will rape u on prices to install, SF charges 300
They are easy to install if u have basic mechanical knowledge.

u order it from SF, i don't know the # off the top of my head.
You will also need a tranny cooler cuz u have auto and u will need some gauges (A/F, boost......at least)

Which runs better, a aftermarket turbo on a automatic tranny, or a aftermarket turbo on a manual tranny. Same with a blow off valve, does it work on a auto. Buy the way order the SF turbo kit from the group buy, that is where I think it is the lowest price.

Not price wise, I have never really seen any cars that were turbocharged with a auot tranny, does the blow off valve sound the same since the car shifts on its own.

there are members here that have boosted autos. Yeah, they sound the same, a BOV is a BOV.
A boosted M/T will sound louder if u shift at higher rpm's b/c u will be at higher boost.
