RSX shifter into civic?

will a stock rsx 5-speed shift assembly fit my 2002 civic lx 5-speed w/o any modification?

Only difference between the 2 are the bushings (harder rubber for the RSX) and the ****. Why change the whole assembly? Just get a **** and a set of aluminum bushings.
