hey 7thGen i got a question......ive heard rumors around that there is a way u can "rig" your headlights with some relays to make ur headlights look like a hid conversion.......is this **** true??? if it is i want to know cause im not about to pay $400 for a hid conversion....thanx

just stick with piaa's they are fine and are bright enough

might as well pay the full amount for the whole conversion than just spend almost 100 bucks for some simple piaa hid headlight bulbs

uhhh...dude piaa HID "look" bulbs will only run you about 40 bucks. A full HID conversion will cost you around 500 bones man. And those bulbs are only an "HID look." All you care about is "looks" anyway, and there's no DIY to fake an HID look.

piaa's that look simila to hids, either gt-x purple white, or spark 8k, bluish white both run on average of 70.00. i have used both and there both nice

if you get the relays they'll pretty much go through bulbs every 2 months because all they do is boost wattage beyond normal specs.
