Ok, see the green foam stuff in this pic?

Where can I get some by itself? I assume it's designed to let air in but keep stuff like dust out. So if anyone knows where I can get a small bit of it, like maybe a 3" square or something please let me know.
Thanks.

Oh wait I think I found it.
This is it, right? "Element" means the part that actually does the filtering, right?

wow, you really had to start another worthless thread?! there is already one about the filters, that you just posted in. not flaming you but is it really necessary to make so many threads on the same subject?? thats a question not needing an answer.
Anyway, you can get the foam at home depot. its called foam.
Yes that is it.
once agai, you can just edit your current posts, instead of posting several.

Well, since by your own admission you're "not flaming" me, I won't start anything. But, let me spell it out for you. The other thread was some guy asking about the effectiveness of various types of filters. In this thread I was asking about where to purchase a particular filter component. Since what I had to ask was not pertinent to the discussion of the effectiveness of various filter types, I decided I would start a new thread. I didn't want to hijack his thread with my own questions because people hate it when that happens.
Make sense now?
you know what i hate is when you have 3 different threads about headers right now on the 2nd page of the Other Products and Parts forum. And i think if the Topic is Filters and your Question is related to filters then it can be in the same thread.. Mods please correct me if i am wrong, and/or lock this before i go crazy.
