Front Bumper problem

I just ordered a Front bumper from Xenon and when i got it one side was warped or bent inward too much on the drivers side. It is Poly Urethane so thats not bad. But what can I do to kinda bend it back or make it like the other side. I think it was because it was crushed in the box a lil!
Any suggestions! i dont want to send it back and wait again. But if their is something I can do?
Thank You

i'd send it back and get a new one....too much hassle tryin to do it yourself...like u said its urethane so it wont break...try give it a "fair" amount of pressure see if that works...if not dont force it, just send it back

I'm not sure what your weather is like but when I installed my urethane bumper I let it sit out in the sun a little bit. This made the urethane more flexible and allowed me to bend it easier while installing it. If you can prop it up or against something in a way that will bend it the right way the heat should help it to adjust.

Just my 2 cents.

I have the tsunami front end and it was all bent when shipped to me.. to tell the truth, all i did was flex'ed it out with my hand and installed it.. with its own weight it should bend out to normal within a few days

i got the xenon full kit and in the install instructions it says somthing about how their (Xenon's) urethane always goes back to its original form. so i guess if u let it sit out in the sun it should straighten out.

my wings west G5 urthane kit had instructions, they suggest a shop bake it so it comes back to its regular shape. then test fit, then paint, then install.

my rear lip is definitly twisted out of shape. its jammed into my basement.

Either leave it in the sun, or when you take it to the body shop to get it painted, they'll bake it in the paint booth. Its something like 130 degrees in there, and that should pull the corner back out.
