1998 K20a??

I've found a couple of K20a's that are said to be a 1998 model. They are silver instead of red. Does anyone know if this is the same as the new k20a? What vehicle did it come out of? And would it fit in our cars?(I dont care not one bit about emmissions laws so dont mention it). Help me out if you can!

Well it would help if you had a link or something because the new K20's came out of an RSX or a 02 Si. RSX was not out in 1998 so I don't know what to tell you.

maybe they are older 200HP 2.0 engines.. and they say they are "k20s"

The K20 series was not made in 1998. The coule be B18Cs

the first k20s came out in late 2000 with the 01 itr and ctr

2002 was the introduction of the Kseries engines with the 02 ITR,02 RSXs and RSX, 02USDM SI, 03 CTR

pictures or links?? If it has spark plug wires, it is most likely a B series.

Does the CRV come with a k20a? and is it the same as the rsx or integra? I mean would it be logicle to put into our car?

dragoon is an unknown quantity at this point

CRV comes with k24a1. not the same as the rsx or integra. it will be logical once someone makes the right mounts for it.

The CRV comes with a K24. The previous models come with a B20.

1998 K20

The K20 engine you talkin about is made by land rover. In fact there is alot of kit cars made based upon that engine.

1998 K20

The K20 that you talkin about comes from land rover I believe and shares the same engine code but otherwise has nothing to do with Honda. There are kit cars made for the rover K20.

No actually it was a Honda motor. If you read the forum you would have read that I just read the cc's as the year.(1998 and cc were on different lines).
