Went for emissions test today

Went for emissions test today
Well about 3 months ago I bought the HKS-A downpipe off ebay. And I could feel a difference. So today I had to go for a emission test. I was debating weither or not to put on the stock cat or not. I said screw it lets see what happens. The dumb bitch said that it past, but that she had to fail me because of my AEM intake. So I through on the stock one and she gave me my tags. Has anyone else passed with this Cat?

i wouldnt pay the place if they told me my aem had anything remotely to do with it, bc she dont know wtf she is talkin about.
