I just wanted to know the best way to redo my entire interior. Via the dash and door panels and trim. Can you simply paint vinyl? With prep of course. Or does it have to be covered in fiberglass or something?

yeah, you can paint it. it just depends on how much of the car you can take apart. anyway, here's the link to the DIY that tells you how to take off the middle trim piece and paint it:

otherwise, to take off the A/C vent pieces, you just need to pull on it evenly all the way around. it'll pop out with a little work, and you can use a screwdriver if it's not budging...
for the door panels, i have no idea . hope it helps...
