I think that strut bar has a filter on it to let in more air to help cool it down during hard turning

Ah k, i c, i really had no clue...

Cars aren't really my point of expertise...i mean, i know how they basically work and stuff, but I'm not into the little quirks of the Honda Civic. Maybe that'll come with time?
