what is that stuff? i think its like a foam spray or something that people spray around there tires and rims at shows. i dunno what its used for or anything but i've seen it in pics and i saw it once on the road some guy was driving with it on his tires. can anyone elaborate or explain it to me and maybe post a pic too. thanx
