Window Tint Removal

Help,

I have a 01 Civic Sedan, My car was recently broken into and I have one glass that is missing Tint. I considered taking the tint off all the windows and retinting them. My back glass has the defroster built in. Does anyone know a way to remove the tint without messing up the defroster.

Thanks

Very easy DIY.
Peal it. The left over glue spray it with H2O or windex take a razor and it will come very easily.

Walz Mart has some stuff that you can spray on and it'll loosen it's grip. . Usually in the automotive section by the DIY tint.

i had my sedan re-done and it turned out great...

take it to a professional and have them 'bag' it...
thats where they put plastic on all of the windows and seal them up with tape on the ends...then they spray water/tint-removal solution into the 'bagged' window (from the top unsealed ends)...then they seal the tops up and park the vehicle in the sun with the heater on full-blast...after about 45 min or so, they unbag it and the tint will peel-off easily...then they did a clean-up of all the mess from the removal and re-tinted...i was shocked as to how they got this to work

*i smell a diy here*
