Aside from the fact that everything on that car looks like ***, I believe it's a generic spoiler. You know those ads in car mags from like JSP and other companies? Look through those ads, I know there's one in some spoiler ad that looks just like it.

That is the Black Widow wing from Ground Designs 2000. Go to http://www.grounddesigns2000.com if you want it. I haven't seen too many generic ones that look like that.
