Those are on JDM Type R Steering wheels
Not sure if you can change it without replacing the whole steering wheel

some guy sells these red or blue stickers that go over the emblem and look good. search.

Dude, when the sun hits my car just right, it reflects on that emblem and gets right in my eyes. I hate it.
