Rep Power: 0 it has nothing to do with the law, its just a performance chip, no one will even know you have it.... if you get worried, it has a switch so you can turn it off. It shouldn't mess up your car, it just hooks up to the TPS and MAP sensors and modifies their signals to the ECU.. I've had mine on for over a year and its fine....

Well, I got it in very easily last night. I drove around a little and I was a little disapointed at first. I thought all the bad reviews I heard were right. today I still didn't feel much that would throw you back in your seat, but a little tighter throttle response. Just a bit more oommph in the pedal. After I got my exhaust welded up (I have the Magnaflow cat back and a highflow cat, but I took off the clamps and welded the flanges and etc all together for no leaks.) Now that gave it more power I could feel. So, either both helped or just one, but it's a little something more for response for the throttle. Hope this helps those of you that want to get it. No, it won't be some upgrade that you will feel a slam-back-in-your-seat difference, but it is something and anything more is good right? It's really up to you all. Thanks for listening. Laters-

Rep Power: 788 The VAFCII is way better than this when tuned properly. Even the hyper voltage system I just got gives noiticable low-end torque and hp. It seems like the venom just fools the car into thinking there's more air so it puts much fuel in or something. A chip that just modifies two sensors isn't gonna magically give hp. Think about the logic. And is it good for your ecu to get tricked into thinking the car is operating under different conditions?
