V2 carb legal?

V2 carb legal?
I saw on the instructions for AEMs v2 intake that it was still pending carb legal and that it would be illegal to put on your car in Ca, so is it carb legal, yet or not?

Rep Power: 0 Cops do know the diff, iv been pulled over a few times, and they check for **** here in idaho, Also on that mtv real life, the street racer one, they had cops that knew more **** then people i know with modded cars

Rep Power: 385 where does the sticker go? but why wouldnt it become carb legal, whats the difference between this one and the v1 carb legal wise?

The system has been approved. The sticker is available and can be obtained by simply sending me (mail or fax) a copy of your invoice, showing proof of purchase, and being sure to include the return address this sticker would be sent to.
