That is the Kaminari body Kit.

Front and rear lips and side skirts.. even the wing dood..

those rims are pretty clean though.. I don't like a tan car.. they almost remind me of s2000 rims.

Yup, it's the Kaminari kit. I don't think the person has the Kaminari front lip. It doesn't look like it. Most likely the Kaminari front fascia kit: (I think I've seen that car before)

Don't know about the rims though.
