I think the only way would be to go to a body shop and get it molded professionally.

prototype is on a distinguished road
IF THE LIPS ARE UROTHANE DO NOT DO IT.......YOU WILL BE MOLDING UROTHANE TO UROTHANE WITH BONDO.....UROTHANE FLEX'S AND THE BONDO WONT. WHEN YOU DRIVE YOUR CAR AND MAKE TURNS, YOU CAR SHIFTS TO GO ALONG WITH THE TURN. BOTH UROTHANE PEICES WILL MOVE AND THE BONDO WONT CREATING STRESS CRACKS AND THE CRACK WILL COME THRU THE PAINT AND IT WILL LOOK DISCUSTING. IVE SEEN IT ON AN INTEGRA NEAR MY HOUSE.....IF YOU WANT TO MOLD ANYTHING GET A FIBERGLASS REAR AD SIDES AND MOLD THEM IN...BUT I WOULDNT SUGGEST DRIVEING THE CAR MUCH AFTER THAT............THATS MY 2 CENTS THO

AND SORRY FOR THE CAPS
