I know the piece you're talking about. This passed winter a lot of snow got under my car that I couldn't clear away. When I warmed up my car one morning after the storms, I back out and there was that rubber lip in the snow.
I checked to see any other damage; the piece you're talking about was torn too
just a second I'm finding the pics

The plastic pieces are just extra protective pieces.

I'm guessing you damaged #5 also. Mine tore, not in the middle, but right where that odd flap is. Btw, you remember how some members don't remove their bumpers to get to the lights and whatever? Well #5 is what allows the bumper to just lean forward withtou having to take the whole thing of.
#3 & 6 are the black fender wells.
Here: For 'System/Component', scroll down to FRONT FENDER

yea, exactly that piece. The after market bumper didnt offer a place to clip it to, so i cut the "flaps off since they were dragging the ground, then the whole piece came off. Anyhelp in finding this piece will be appreciated.
you can order it from the Majestic Honda Website (highly recommended).
Buy it from them here:For 'System/Component', scroll down to FRONT FENDER
You might want to call them up to see if they have it in stock. For a part like that, you'd probably want it as soon as possible. Last time I ordered a part that wasn't in stock, they waited a week before calling me. They told me that it usually only takes 3 days to restock a part, so they waited, without telling me. The other parts I ordered came on time though.
