im getting the premade boh, its cheap too and the paint finish is perfect. i tried it on some stock lights and ended up messing some chrome up and it didnt look as good.

yea its a perfect stock replica. i think depo makes em but really it would be very hard to see any difference. has all the reflector and shield even the same.

those are nice but if someone wants to do it differently they have to DIY such as keeping the amber or painting the parking light.

Yeah I ended up buying the password jdm gunmetal headlights because I screwed up trying to paint the headlight. It looked all jacked up. I think it's better just to buy the premade ones.

I don't mean to thread jack you gearbox, but I just wanted to give you guys a preview of my retrofit with e46/password jdm headlights that should be coming in anyday now from customlightz.

the 04/05 headlights are a beoch to retro.. there is no room like the 01-03 ones Maybe i'll sell my stock HL's w/ the price these are going for

hey wait...so if i want the amber turn signals all i have to do is change the bulb? what color bulb does it come with anyway for the turn signals? im referring to i gues the first post with the link..thanks anybody who can help

the only place ive seen 7443 real amber glass bulbs that dont fade is from ebay seller autopartshouse. i bought a whole bunch and they work gret even with my turn signal drl on all the time they havent peeled or faded. and the turn signal filament is actually 25w not 21w so its a tad brighter! low filament is still 5w.

same hear gear, got some off ebay...dual filament 7443 ambers are hard to find but i got some...they look great and haven't faded either..once i get the ebay sellers name i'll post it as well..
