I'm definitely not a car person at all so I apologize in advance if I misuse some words/logic. I have the 2014 coupe lx and I'd like to add a head unit with Apple car play if possible. Any recommendations?
The car also came with a backup camera that shows on the MID so I'm not sure if adding in a head unit will have any effect on it. Is it also better to get one that is integrated into the console or separate and "floating:?
I got a cheap(ish) Planet Audio "floating" 10.1" screen and I LOVE the way it looks and works. Jury's out on how it sounds though; lots of clipping at higher volumes (though I'm currently waiting on new front door speakers that could be the culprit for that...I tried to build a budget system and the Power Acoustik components suck).
