2008 Hybrid, electric windows

Only driver's window operates from driver's switch panel; switches for passenger & rear windows on driver panel and other doors' switches are inop fuses look okay... can ALL the other switches be bad ? Or am I missing something really obvious?

Yes, look for the red ring.

9th gens switched to LED to indicate being inhibited.
