civic 14 usb problem

hello everyone,
not sure if this is the right forum.

i have Civic 14 lx and im using a PNY 32gb usb to play my songs, after few seconds into any song, i get message saying Unsupported USB.

please help thank you.

it doesnt state the size sorry but that shouldnt matter rightit works for few seconds and than i see an error unsupported usb. after i take out the usb n plug it back, it works for few seconds and that same thing happen again.

Straight from the troubleshooting guide:

If Unsupported Ver appears on the display, the vehicle is OK, there is a software problem with the USB device.

Check the USB's specifications:
Mass-storage class ready digital audio player with USB 2.0 port
More than 256 MB storage space
Supports MP3, WMA, and AAC (encoded with the iTunes) files, DRM files are not supported

I use a 16 GB flash drive without a problem so it shouldn't be the size causing a problem.
(And mine is only an inch long, have it hidden away in the center compartment, never even know it's there, and it stays somewhat protected from the heat)
