Hello All,

I am having issues with my 2007 Honda Civic EX. The light on the stereo where the time is etc, flickers on and off. Basically it works when it feels like it and I don't know if this is related but the back brake light, the one attached to the window in the middle also works and doesn't work when it wants to. Can this be related some how? How do I fix it? Any feedback would be gratefull!

could just be loose connections. start with the easier one and trace the brake light wires see if there are any broken spots. i just read you have an EX, is it a coupe? if so, you have the LED brake assembly which is known to have alot of problem. not the unit itself, just a bad connection on the wire harness plug.

I have a 2007 Civic coupe and I have the exact same problem!! The bacdlight on the stereo (where the clock is), flickers quite a bit while I'm driving.

Sometimes, the backlight will just go off, and then back on after a few seconds. Sometimes it will go off, and I would have to turn on and off my headlights and it would be fine again.

Does anyone know if this is covered by the Honda Plus warranty in Canada?
