Subwoofer is off - how do I turn it back on?

Subwoofer is off - how do I turn it back on?
I have a 2008 civic, and the subwoofer was installed when I bought it. It has worked for about 2 years - but now all of a sudden it says it is off. Does anyone know how to turn it back on?

might need to be replaced. can't tell without more info. how do you know it "says it is off?" is there a message? an indicator light? no sound? you need to provide more info and be specific.

It's most likely, a loose connection, 12v/Ground, or a fry'd amp
