I was thinking about getting one of those ebay projector lights
But people have told me to replace the bulbs with HID, but what exactly are those and how do I know they'll fit on my car and voltage issue and all that?
Is it as easy as going to the shop at getting bulbs and plugging into the bulb?

i also have a black car with black rims, what would you reccomend me getting, black or chrome?

don't put HID's in there. the results will be garbage. you need to do some searching on HID's and retros first before you do something you'll regret. try starting at www.hidplanet.com/forums
