What is this wire? I just bought this used 07 Civic Hybrid

I just bought an used 2007 Civic Hybrid Navi with 120k miles on it.

When I just drove back home and tried to check the oil level, I found this wire not connecting to anything. Can someone please help me to understand what is this wire? It does not connect to anywhere and I am worried this car is safe to drive now.

Thanks

It's a power wire for some accessory the previous owner had, and it's probably been since removed so the power wire was disconnected. I'd expect an amplifier, but it could be just about anything.

Ignore it and tuck it out of the way, follow it to its end to see where it goes, remove it yourself, or take it back to where you got it and ask them remove it.
