Check engine light on and off in my 2006 Civic si

So the other day my Check engine light came on. I checked it when i got home and it came back with 3 codes... P0325, P0102, P0113 KEEP IN MIND i did not reset the C.E.L. .... the next day i went to the store and the C.E.L. light went away/off . about 3 days later it came back on. Did another test same 3 codes, took it to pep boys so they could run there scanner.. same 3 codes. Drove it home parked it. About a day or 2 later.... Went on the freeway.... the C.E.L. went away/off again. So any ideas on what might be going on here would help... Thanks

KEEP IN MIND i did not reset the C.E.L.
Here's a problem: You never erased any codes, so they all are still retained in memory. When someone reads codes you have no clue which is newest or most recent.

P0325 knock sensor
P0102 MAF
P0113 IAT

MAF and IAT are both contained in the same unit..

Check the connectors on each item.
Erase all fault codes from memory.
Drive until the CEL comes on again, them check to see what's stored.

Well so far the CEL has not come back on. I hope that's a good thing.

It'd been over a week of all different types of driving conditions. Still no "Check engine light"...
