Exclamation no rear running lights

2013 civic si took a hit to the right rear quarter. car needed a new quarter panel, right rear tail light assembly, and rear bumper, the rear window was removed and reinstalled. i went to get the car after it was repaired and all the brake lights, back up lights and blinkers work, but no rear running lights. so i returned the car to the shop and they are lost as to why they don't work, the bulbs are good and he says that all the power for the rear is on the same relay and makes no sense why just the running lights won't work. PLEASE HELP

Re: no rear running lights

Check the fuses?

Have a volt meter? Check and see if you are getting power at the light socket.

If you are not, check across the fuse and see if power is flowing to the circuit at all.

Re: No tail lights

License, trunk tail, and rear side markers out as well ??

Front markers working ok with headlights ??

It is a single line to rear, that gets split to multiple bulbs.
