A/C and blower works intermittently

My 09 Civic's A/C and blower will work one day and not the other. I took the car into the dealership this morning and it works, so service representative told me to bring it back when it's not, otherwise service tech will move onto the next vehicle.

Is it possible to diagnose components and system while it's working?

Can anyone help?

The intermittent blower fan startup for the 8th gens is a bit common. The part # for the blower fan has been changed.

It could be a tough battle with the dealer though being intermittent.

my honda civic 2009 has almost same problem,
the blower works always, but the A/C works intermittently,
in the same day.
could somebody tell me where the compressor is located , and if
there is a relay I have to check?
